For 1996 Cadillac Deville A/C Compressor will not come on - charged fully expecting it to come on but didn't. Replaced the A/C Comp. Relay, did not help. Put jumper wire in relay plug, and comp came on, but will not when remove jumper.No Fuses Blown.Is there a reset somewhere?

Are you POSITIVE that you have enough freon in the system ?. Do you have a set of A/C gages ?.

I need to know what your LOW SIDE pressure IS with the compressor OFF and ON.

There is another test that you can do, But it will require e-mailing pictures to you. However, This persons website where you posted your question here only allows 1 picture and you need 2.
