97 deville dre elegance trying to reset check engine light so i can trade car to dealer tommorrow   i tried diconecting battery cable for 30 min this didnt work one of the experts asked me to get codes and he told me how to do this now these are the codes pcm-p0603 history and pcm p 1350 history next he asked me if any of the codes had an h or c and they dont . where do i go from here to get light off thanks scott

Answer
1. re-enter and display the codes. Do NOT start the engine.

2. When the codes stop you will see PCM?

3. Push and release the HI (^) button on your climate control panel and you will see DATA?

4. Push and release the LO (v) button on the climate control panel 4 times and you will see CLEAR CODES.

5. Push and release the HI (^) button on your climate control panel and you will see CODES CLEAR.

6. Wait 3 seconds and push and release the DEFOG button.

7. Turn OFF ignition switch, Wait 10 seconds and then re-check for codes.
