QUESTION: yes had the tires replaced and had a nail in my right rear making the tire pressure sensor go off

Answer
IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light on the dash ever illuminated on the vehicle while driving it ?.

Are there any unusual messages being displayed in the MESSAGE CENTER ?.

Unfortunately there are unscrupulous mechanics out there, I am NOT saying the one you had worked on the tires is one of these, But they are out there.

It IS highly possible that a wheel sensor may have got knocked loose and or disconnected which will cause this problem.
