been working on a 92 deville replaced cap rotor wires plugs icm fuel pressure regulator it still run very hot idles fine gets bogged down when pedal is pressed wont accelerate over 25mph thought it was bad gas ran system cleaner as well as dry gas through it had throttle in an elevated position checked on the car rear exhaust manifold was cherry red it then popped the radiator and i am stumped

IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light on the dash ever illuminated while driving the vehicle ?.

If it HAS, Do you know how to retrieve the codes from the computers ?.

If you DO, Tell me what codes you get and also which codes are HISTORY codes and which are CURRENT codes.
