Cadillac Repair/94 Cadillac concours blower motor resistor

Question
The air stopped blowing through the vents in my heating and air system. I had it on low. I changed the volume to high and it started working again but a couple of days later the high setting stopped working too. I am suspecting the blower motor resistor since that would probably regulate high/low. Are there two blower motor resistors and are they the same part? Or are they different parts. I am finding info on a blower motor resistor and also an auxiliary blower motor resistor. I don't understand the difference. I am trying to get a feel for how much the repair will cost before I find a mechanic and if I am on the right track.

Answer
There is NO blower motor RESISTOR. What your looking for is a BLOWER MODULE.

STRONGLY suggest that you replace the blower motor also as the blower motor tends to drag causing to many amps to be drawn from the module thus blowing the diode out of the module.
