Question
My Caddy Deville has a slightly leaky rear main seal.I added stop leak.Does this stop leak additive cause any problems by mixing with oil change,is there anything I should know about long term affects,is it harmful to run stop leak continuously?
Stop leak is designed to swell up the seals anstop the leaks howevwe it also tends to build up within the bottom of the lifters causing the lifters to plug up and reduce the amount of travel within the lifters which results in power loss.
