QUESTION: have no power to fuel pump but have power to the fuses and the relay  what should check next

ANSWER: How did you determine that you have no battery voltage to the fuel pump ?.

QUESTION: by checking the outlet on top of the tank with a tester. Ther are 4 outlets there and the 3 haave power but the one that goes to the fuel pump doesnt

Answer
The GRAY wire is battery voltage for the fuel pump and the black is the GROUND.

What you need is 2 people. 11. You check for battery voltage to appear for only 2 seconnds just as your helper turns ON the ignition switch without trying to start the engine.

If you get battery voltage on the GRAY wire for the 2 second, Check your ground wire and if it is OK, Replace the pump.
