Question
the a/c only blow through the defog and the bottom where the feet is at but it doesnt blow through the front panel

Answer
The most likely cause is a vacuum leak somewhere in the engine compartment.

IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light on the dash ever illuminated while driving the vehicle ?.

What type of work of any kind what-so-ever has been done on this vehicle lately ?.
