Question
I have a 1997 Cadallic Catera and the Spedometer and Tachometer don't work however the Odometer works.  I have checked the fuse and the other items on it work.

Answer
Did BOTH the speedometer and the Tachometer quit at the same time ?.

There are several causes, wiring problem, crack in the printed circuit overlay, internal stepper motor failures.

You would need to be able to know how to use a digital volt/ohm meter and perform some voltage tests and possibly remove and disassemble the cluster to replace the stepper motors.
