both my keys have the chips but the car died on me while i was driving and it keeps saying wait three minutes i have done this all day yesterday and part of today and it still wont start anything else i can try

In most cases the 2 small wires that are attached to the steering wheel lock assembly are famous for breaking off and need to either be repaired (if possible) or the lock cylinder replaced.
