Question
I have a 90 Cadillac Fleetwood FWD. My a/c blower quit working.  I have changed out the blower motor, power module, and the control assembly. Still no blower. I metered the power module and got 12v on the power side and 1.32 on the other connector.  Is there a relay, fuse, or PCM I need to be looking for???  Thanks for any help you can give me. This site has been a big help on other projects.

Answer
Your fault requires electrical schematics and easy to follow test procedures so that you can test all the different circuits in order to locate and fix the fault.
