Replaced tps adjusted to specs reset and did idle learn. Eror codes e021 history e022 current e070 history e085 current i022 History i039 history.  Car revs high excelerates on its own stalls at stops. thinking it is tcc or vcc ? Thanks

Did you try and CLEAR (erase) ALL the codes via the climate control panel ONLY ?.

Disconnecting the battery and or pulling fuses will NOT CLEAR the codes.

If you cleared the codes CORRECTLY the HISTORY codes in 99% of all cases will NOT return.
