QUESTION: 95 sts- replaced tps and iscm. car peddle was twitching.  this problem fixed.  Car throttle still speeds up..not as much. doing good for a while and then started car and white smoke and terrible smell.  runs very rough, then smooths out, runs rough and smooths out.  Also low rpm when idle.  I cleared all codes and unplug battery.  No codes... sometimes when driving, very rarely it will service engine soon light comes on.  Help?

ANSWER: What CODE do you get when you access the computers when the CHECK ENGINE light illuminates ?.

QUESTION: P052, P109, I052. car still doing same as above.  thx for helping..

P052 = battery voltage was removed from the computer. You most likely disconnected the battery.

P109 = PCM (computer reset system voltage loss. Caused by loss of battery voltage.

I052 = Instrument panel reset interuption. Caused by loss of battery voltage.


What you need to do is CLEAR the codes via the climate control panel ONLY. disconnecting the battery will NOT clear the codes.

What you need to do is perform a computer RE-LEARN procedure to reset the computer.
