Question
I have a display showing on my dash which says service idle control system. What does it mean and where is it. Is it a part I can buy and install myself?. What all does the idle control control. It does sometimes seem to idle so low at a stop the oil can lights up come on at a stop or flicker. But, not always when you are at a light or stop sign. Also my air conditioning warning comes up saying refrigerant very low/compressor off. How do I restart compressor so I can add coolant?

Answer
If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information necessary to fix your vehicle
