I got the harness for this car at walmart and i hook it up and the radio works but wont turn off...now on the box it said...For bose equipped vehicles,this GM035 harness must be used with the FAI-3A Bose/Premium Sound interface...now is there an way that i can just rewier it to make it all work without that part??and make the volume contorls on the steering wheel work too...

NO it can't be done. If you try rewiring it and you screw it up you will FRY the radio and the computer.

NEVER EVER install aftermarket radios into newer vehicles as if you do not know EXACTLY what you are doing you WILL FRY numerous electronic components. The BOSE radio system is the BEST radio system on the market and even if you think that an after market is better, You need to have your ears examined.

There have been more problems with the vehicles electronics that occurs when someone puts in an after market radio that is NOT designed for the vehicle.

Your just looking for trouble down the line.
