Question
QUESTION: When I flip my right turn signal the blinker comes on solid and does not blink.
Maybe a signal flasher?
If you agree can you tell me where it's located and where you would recommend where to get one on line that will not charge me an arm and a leg LOL.

QUESTION: Yes the left one works fine
One of your tail light bulbs is most likely burned out.
Put ON your hazard (emergency) flashers and look at all the lights at the back and front of the car and make sure that all the bulbs on the right side flash as well as the ones on the left side.
