Expert: autohelp - 1/7/2010

I have a 91 Cadillac sedan deville.  The blower runs continuously when you start the car and there is no display on the climate control or the gas and mileage center.  There is a c on the gas and mileage center and a c on the climate control.  I have replaced the climate control and the climate computer and actuator assembly.  The battery was removed and charged while doing this.  Since this problem the car also runs the battery down as it sets and has a miss in it that comes and goes.  I can not recover the codes because it only will display c   c  .  
I am fairly knowledgeable with electronics and can test them if told how to.  Any info is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Are you POSTIVE that you only see the letter c  or do you see this -c   ?.

If you see the -c, You have a faulty BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) that must be removed and some minor test procedures need to be done using a $20.00 DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER which you can buy most anywhere.

Once you have the METER:
