QUESTION: i would like to know how to replace bcm chip     than youI

ANSWER: The ONLY chip that is removable and available to purchase is the PCM chip. The BCM chip comes with a new BCM and is not available to purchase .

WHY would you want to replace it ?.

QUESTION: ok then how would l  replace the pcm the reason to replace it is when i turn on the heat it jumps to the deice button and a blower comes on the temp reading gos blank and gas reading gos blank

ANSWER: Do you know how to retrieve the CODES via the CLIMATE CONTROL PANEL ?.

Answer
1. Turn the ignition key to the ON position. Do NOT start the engine.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (fan up) buttons for 3 seconds and release them.

3. On the fuel display you will see codes appearing in the form of LETTERS & NUMBERS and the display will stop at ECM?

4. Turn ignition key OFF.


Tell me EXACTLY everything that appears on the fuel data display.
