i replaced the blower motor and the new one does work but after i put it in and connected it it wont work now someone told me it might be this programmer thats located behind the glove box what would that programmer be called and would that be the problem

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
