Question
92 Deville blower wont turn off...understand need to replace the module on the blower.. ok and also all the lights and temp control flash and act like a bad connection you can hear all the relays clicking also...temp control center reads a letter d and will toggle between d and c and also does the fuel monitor system..could all of this be related to the BCM going bad? rigged a toggle switch to the fan so it wont run the battery dead to deal with that for now thanks

Answer
You need to replace the:

Blower motor.
Blower motor control module.
BCM.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information necessary to fix your vehicle.
