car has a new fuel pump and a new ECM computer it keeps blowing out, if you put another one in it starts right up, i'm thinking it could be cause by something electrical, because the headlights flashes and dims constantly on a regular basis i don't understand why, it runs well until the computer cuts of then its on to the next one it has only 94k on a 97 deville, any help would be appreciated

You have a SHORT in one of the electrical circuits in the computers electrical system.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
