Question
The car started, then stalled because it was cold, when tried to restart it I didn't even get a click out of the starter, checked battery, it is fully charged-windows,lights, etc. work. I'm guessing its something electrical but I really have not got a clue !!I appreciate any suggestions you may have, thank-you, Tom.

Answer
You would need to check the ignition wire connection at the starter for battery voltage when you turn the ignition key to the start position.
