Question
have replaced head gasket, water pump, all hoses and thermostate, new radiator. gets hot runs up to 230 just to go across town and town is three miles big.... coolent is not leaking but when I filled it up this morning I squeezed the top radiator hose and it burped then water started comming out the bottom by the wheel well. what is this problem??? can I fix it or do I have a really big problem

Answer
The most common fault is that the head bolts strip out the threads in the aluminum engine block which requires drilling out ALL the head gasket bolts and installing heli-coils in all the head bolt holes and installing new head bolts.

Are you POSITIVE that you were able to torque ALL the head bolts to their torque specifications ?.

Your leak may be the crossover coolant pipe that runs under the engine.
