where is the ELC fuse located on 1998 deville.......rear suspension is very low
IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light EVER illuminated on the dash or have you seen any messages displayed on the dash ?.
The most common fault would be with the HEIGHT SENSOR which is very common with Cadillacs.
You need to receive several pictures and some instructions on how to test and replace this height sensor which is a very simple job to do.
