Answer
Do I get a reward for you using my recipe? lol Ok, for a good cajun fried chicken coating, this will be for a batch of 20lbs, use 1 large bag of all purpose flour, 1 small bottle of cayenne pepper, 5 tablespoons of salt, 10 tablsespoons of black pepper and 10 tablespoons of white pepper, 3 tablespoons of garlic powder, and 3 tablespoons of old bay seasoning. Place your 20 lbs of chicken in large container, in a mixture of 5 eggs and a pint of milk, add 1 small bottle of louisiana hot sauce and 2 large cans of evaporated milk, let sit over night before frying, and thats about it, coat your chicken with the seasonings ive told you all mixed up of course and cest ce bon. Good Luck, Ill be waiting for my bonus when everyone comes in droves for the chicken, smiles. wink.
