Didn't you just send me this?  Here is how you will start:

You will select a suitable universe and say exactly what it is.
Such as:

Let U = { positive integers }

Then you write :

Z = { x in U such that .... }

where the dots .... are replaced by a sentence that is true for all of your elements and for no others.  It is up to you to figure out the proper sentence.  You must have an 'x' in there, and I suggest using inequality symbols like <, or <=.
