Question
A certain calculus student hit Mr. Leacher in the head with a snowball. If the
snowball is melting at the rate of 10 cubic feet per minute, at what rate is the radius
changing when the snowball is 1 foot in radius (Problem #1)? At what rate is the
radius changing when the snowball is 2 feet in radius (Problem #2)?
Answers should be expressed in terms of feet per minute.

You already answere this question, but your explanation didnt actually help me finf the asnwer, I got to the last step but couldn't solve it.
10/4*pi*(2)^2    <--- I dont know how to solve that.

Answer
To evaluate 10/4*π*(2)^2 , 10/4=2.5, π=3.1416 (rounded to four places), and 2^2=4.

Take 2.5*π*4, and that should be the answer.  It looks like 10π.

I hope this answers it for you.  If you have any further questions, please right again.
