Question
is the following series convergent or divergent?
summation of sin2n/1+2^n from n=1 to infinity.

Answer
If sin2n/1+2^n is really suppose to be sin2n/(1+2^n) since the addition wants to be done first, it can be said that this series is less than the series 1/(1+2^n).  Convergence of this can be compared to 1/2^n.  Hopefully you know what happens to 1/2^n.

I aquired well over 40 hours of upper division courses. This was well over the number that were required. I graduated with honors in both my BS and MS degree from Oregon State University. I was allowed to jump into a few junior level courses my sophomore year.

I have been nominated as the expert of the month several times. All of my scores right now are at least a 9.8 average (out of 10).
