Question
my question is:

if the equation of a curve is y=x-sin x cos x; find the equation of the tangent to the curve at x= ∏/2.
i do not have any problem with finding the equation of the tangent, but the pt. of intersection of the tangent on the curve is(∏/2.∏/2). where does this point lie on the graph?

Answer
Ok, whenever π is outside a cos or sine function , it's values is
4.1315, & when its inside a sin or cos function it's value will be
180°. What I'm trying to say is this :
on y-axis π/2 will be 1.57 & . & x-axis π/2 is 90°, or you may
leave it as π/2. Of course you can claim that π/2 is 1.57 even in
the x-axis, but keep in mind that when you perform sin(1.57) you
should work with radians & not degrees.
