Question
write a 4th degree polynomial with the given zeros 2,-2-5i

Answer
4th degree polynomial has 4 zeroes. We have been given 2, we need to find the other 2.
Since complex zeroes come in pairs, that mean that -2+5i is also a zero ("it's the conjugate").
The last zero can be also z=2 , that gives us order two. Therefore, the 4th degree polynomial
will be : f(z)=(z-2)²(z+2+5i)(z+2-5i) .
