Question
Dear Alon
What is Hopital?

Answer
H'lopital rule gives a tool to make it more easy to find & calculate limits, specially if the
function is composed in a form of a fraction . For example if f(x)=A(x)/B(x).
H'lopital rule determine that :

Lim    A(x)
x->0   ---- =
      B(x)

Lim   A(x)
x->0
----------
Lim
x->0  B(x)

The limit is defined when x->0 or x->INF .
