Find the complex number z with the least positive argument satisfying the condition |z-25i|<=15. Much obliged

Answer
The absolute value, when in complex for, is √(a²+2ab+b²).
The absolute value of this number would be √(z²-50z+625).
Square both sides of the equation and get

z²-50z+625<=225 by subtracting the 225 from both sides
and then factoring.
