i cannt solve this calculus problem
√5cis(1.4)

Hello Peter,

By "solve" I gather you mean expand, simplify, or re-write in a+bi form, yes??

If so, then
√5cis(1.4)=√5[cos(1.4)+i*sin(1.4)]
= √5[0.170 + i*0.985]
= 0.38 + 2.20i

OK?

BTW: That is not a calculus problem...
