Question:  Given y=(Xsquared + 6)divided by X. Find X if dy divided by dx equals to zero
........................................

   x^2 + 6
y = --------
      x

You want to compute dy/dx, set it = 0, and solve.

y = x + 6/x

dy/dx = 1 - 6/x^2

Set 1 - 6/x^2 = 0

x^2 = 6, etc.
