Question
F(x)=sin(pie * x)/ x squared - 1
This is the problem. I have found its discontinuities, but I don't know how to make it continuous at those points. Please help

Answer
Im sorry I didn't understand the form of the function . Whether its :

sin(πx)
-------
  x

Or

 x
-----
sin(πx)

Anyway, the discontinuity is at x=0 . But must keep in mind that :
Lim   [sin(ax)]/(ax) = 1
x->0
Therefore :
Lim  [sin(πx)]/x = 1/π
x->0

now, the function becomes continues at x=0 .
