Question
find all the real solutions, if any,of each equation
4x-5/3-7x=4

Answer
The only one to be worried about were is 3=7x, for then the denominator would be 0.

Multiply both sides by 3-7x, so we have 4x-5 = 4(3-7x), which is 4x-5 = 12-28x.
Add 28x+5 to both sides of this equation, combine like terms,
and you will get one like ax=b for some constants a and b.

From here, x = b/a.

Now as for the first line, if 7b/a=3, there is a problem, but this won't be so,
so that will be the solution.
