Question
Your answer to part b at

http://en.allexperts.com/q/Calculus-2063/Related-rates-geometry.htm

is incorrect.

Is there anyway you can update it with the correct answer as indicated in the follow up comment by Emilia so that others do not stubble through it?

I also added a follow up because there was another incorrect answer given in a different follow up.

Thank you for your very thorough explaination for part A.  It helped me greatly understand the concepts and figure out part B for myself.

Answer
It took a while to figure out what was wrong, but I see it now. It also took about 3 minutes just to scroll back to the answer -- that's the only way I can reach a correctable answer form.

I have posted a (hopefully) corrected answer.

Thank you.  I am glad some people actually read my stuff.

P.S. I think you meant 'stumble.'  Stubble is what I get when I don't shave for a week.
