Question
i need help cause i havent pay any attention t my math class and now i want to learn  and the thing is that i dont understand anything about inches and foot or 2 over 1 or 2 and 2over one those things i dont really understand like for exmaple here is a prblem the school has a length of 2 and  1/2inches.what is the actual length of the library?

Answer
Hi,
I think i really need you to be specific about your requirements.
For this example, the actual length of the library would be 5/2 inches which can then be converted to other units if you require.
2 and 1/2 = 2 + 1/2
         = 4/2 + 1/2
you can always add the numerator when the denominator is equal, and so we get 5/2.
Get back to me on anything unclear or any mix up.
Regards.
