Question
Hi Paul,
I'm a translator. I'm working on a document which explains a RTGS system (to settle international payments). It says that the system has several tools to deal with gridlocks, including a "Recessium Vector Algorithm" (and no explanation -it's a list). I don't know if this belongs to your area of expertise, but I have made a number of searches and found nothing! In fact, I'm sending this question to several experts in different areas to see if anybody can guide me...  Do you have any idea about it or where I could find something about it?

Thanks a lot!

Patricia

Hi, Patricia,

Sorry, but  Recessium Vector algorithm is a new one on me, too.  However, things like this often get misspelled, especially online, where lots of people write like teenagers, as in never using the shift key to make capital letters and not bothering to punctuate so that everything they write seems like one never-ending sentence that just goes on and on and so it is possible that the word recessium has been misspelled and might really be some other word.

How about  Regression Vector algorithm?

I don't know that subject, but if you are just translating, this might be correct.

Good luck.
