Hello Ralph
Pete and I are coming on 13th for a look.£We have an 8 year old (staying at home)We obviosly want to get a feel of downtown but need to look at possible areas if we move here.Cochrane and Okotaks look nice, some say too far out, is that true.Would it take more than an hour to get from these places to other parts of the City?My husbands a spark so he will be travelling around. Will Ethan have to travel to school or do you get a definate place if you are in the catchment area? Can you recommend any other places,we will be renting for a while to make sure all is well!Can we get around easily or do we need to hire a car?

Your terms of language are not familiar to me, but from what I gather, your husbands traveling for work. Here is some information you can search:

If you live in right area, school is nearby, or you bus Ethan to school.
You can get around by public transit if you live along the LRT line (www.calgarytransit.com).
