Question
QUESTION: Hello steve i wrote you another e-mail i dont know which one you will check first so here goes again. last year we had 47 at santa cruz still want santa cruz however with shade and i need to book for three families but we dont want the group site we want along the beach row not the egret or herron site it said there is a limit to how many i will be able to purchase for my family i am the designated reserver so it doesnt say what my limit is but that if i try to go over that limit i will cancel out any of the reservations or all of them. i can find no web site or recording to give me that vital info and how will i be able to individually reserve 43 44 45 if i have to do it one by one and which it may not allow me to do?help we want shaded and partial shaded beach row.help steve once again what do i do three sites beach row tent camping only preferably of course together what to do

ANSWER: Hi Tamara,

As I said in the email, you are allowed to reserve only two sites per person. If you have another person making reservations, that's a way of getting around it. I have my oldest daughter make reservations or friends make reservations. I don't think the problem is one person making too many reservations, it's the fact that you can't reserve three sites fast enough. Go for Gull or Plover. It's nice and shady, and you should be happy.

QUESTION: Thank you so much steve i did not see the part in the e-mail regarding how many you can reserve at one time although i did go back to all experts and retrieve past info you had given to other inquiries regarding reservation limits, thank you so much for sending this again i was able to reserve 41 43 and my cousin got 31 so we are all set, i thank you and oh by the way i listened to the song and it was great, i really loved it,my daughter can play guitar and this year should be fun for her and the gang to play around the campfire. well gunna sign off for now thank you again and oh the reason we didnt get the group site was because it was cheaper this way and some of the couples could have more time away from the kids.plus we are all closest to the beach like beach row.so happy i got it for them, they should have a blast.take care steve and family sincerely, tamara

Answer
Hey, Congratulations! I'm glad you got something. I got skunked! ::sniffle:: I won't cry too hard, because we've had our share of good times there. I'm very happy that you got the sites, even though they weren't next to each other. A lot of people do exactly what you did, however. They usually drag the picnic tables to one central site for meals, and tents set up in another area. You did exactly what you needed to do; great job!
