Hi, I was born in CA. when I was 6 years old, I went to China, I have studied in China for 12 years. Now I came back. question: Am I a CA resident?(I don't have America high school diploma)

I recommend browsing the California State Government website to see what importance being a California resident may mean.  If you are asking about citizenship in the USA, since you were born in the USA, you probably have a legal right to claim American citizenship.  However, California residency is another matter, and typically relates to whether or not you have access to California services.  For example, California residency is critical for college students because it determines tuition rates at many colleges and universities.  Verification of residency is dependent upon being an American citizen, plus having a California driver's license, fishing license, paying California resident taxes, or otherwise demonstrating residence in a concrete manner.  I'm not an expert on this topic, but I hope this helps.
