Question
I know Pasadena is a bit north of LA which you're familar with, but I'm starting a writing project and was interested in the names of a few roads near Cal-Tech that night have large expensive homes on them. I'm starting a haunted house short story that I've placed near the University and Cal Tech is part of it.

Answer
Hi William,

There are a number of roads near Cal Tech that have some very nice homes. One of them is Orange Grove Avenue, home of the Tournament of Roses house. You also have many on (and just off of ) Linda Vista Avenue, and quite a few in the Altadena area along Mendocino, such as the Balian Mansion. You can use Google Maps to actually see the street level pictures.

Personally, I would do some research on the Tournament of Roses house, and set it there.

Steve

Not that this matters, but since it's required, I have a Bachelor's Degree. I also have a Master's Degree in the University of Life.
