California/OC beaches that allow barbequeing on the sand

Question
Just wondering if there are any beaches in the souhtbay or north OC that allow barbequeing on the sand or close to it. If not, the best place close to the beach to BBQ.

Answer
I've never had any problems at Bolsa Chica or Huntington Beach with my BBQ, and I've been there many times with both propane and charcoal BBQ. In LA County, you can BBQ at Dockweiler (under the airplanes), Mother's Beach, or Cabrillo Beach. Of these, I prefer Bolsa Chica. They actually have fire pits there, if you want to set up inside the pit.
