Question
Hi Steve,

How are you ?

We are coming from Hong Kong and will travel with elderly. We will arrive LA this Sunday. I learned that there was typhoon attack in US lately. Did it affect LA ?

In addition, how's weather now ? Should I wear T-shirt in the day time and bring sweater or even warmer clothers for travel in the night time ?

Thanks a lot !

Cheers
Cary

Answer
Hi Cary,

The typhoons (here we call them hurricanes) were on the east coast of the US, over 3000 miles away. It was bad in Florida, but did not affect us here on the west coast.

The weather is very nice here now. The forecast is for 85 degrees F during the day, and around 58 degrees F at night. If you are staying near the beach, it will be a bit cooler. I recommend shorts and a T-shirt for the daytime, and you can switch to pants and a light sweater for the evening. I don't think that you will need a jacket (unless you want to bring a very light jacket like nylon).

Have fun,

Steve

Not that this matters, but since it's required, I have a Bachelor's Degree. I also have a Master's Degree in the University of Life.
