I have rented a 30' RV at cruiseamerica.com, but via local danish travel agency, with maximum insurance (max usd 500 deductible), and the price I got incl "summer miles package" with unlimited miles for 21 days, and all the various car+personal kits, CHEAPER than the price with basic insurance and no kits/summer miles package.

I told the travel agent, and they said they get a huge rebate, which is why I can save money, while they undoubtedly make a few buck too.
