I have a little sister who is very picky on what she wants in a camera.She is almost 11 and she would like a camera for her birthday but she knows extactly what she wants and dosen't want anything else. She said she wants a camer with a good zoom and is quick to turn on to take a picture. She also hates color! I need help on what to get her. If you could refer some stores or websites that have great cameras with in a $230 price range that would be great!

When people ask me where to shop, I always suggest they try and support their local business.  If you have a shop that is owned by someone who actually lives in the same state, that would be best.  The small shops usually offer the best service and advice.
