Question
Hi Gary! Just wondering. I dropped my Canon digital EOS Rebel XT in a river
momentarily today...I am wondering if there is any hope for its repair? I get
error message 01 and 99, and a dark viewfinder.
Sorry first the bad news, yes it is a brick, however if you let it dry for a week, power removed, card removed etc, then re-try with a brand new card, fresh power etc it stands a chance. Use a hair dryer on low and cool setting asap. Then start waiting.
