plese any info on a CZ 4.5/4CM t m42 mount lens

Your lens is a Carl Zeiss Jena 4CM/f4.5 in M42 mount. This is one of the first lenses made for SLR. It was made before WW-II for the Contax-S. It should work on any screw-mount 35mm film camera. You could also use it on some digital SLRs with an M42 adapter for that particular camera.
