QUESTION: Hello, I have a kodak easyshare dx4330, 3.1 megapixel camera that will not charge.  I have replaced the battery with a new rechargable one but it will still not take a charge on the camera dock.  It will also not take a charge using a radio shack digital camera power supply either so I believe the problem is with the camera itself....any suggestions are welcome...thanks.

ANSWER: The Easy share will only re-charge the Kodak nimh battery. Have you replaced the battery with a non Kodak battery? If so that is the issue. Please give me more details.

QUESTION: Hi, the bottom of the camera says to use:  aa/lithium, aa/ni-mh, crv3, kaa2hr.

I tried new crv3 and  aa/ni-mh batteries, but neither was an actual kodak brand.

I appreciate any other input...

Answer
you might have the button that takes the photo stuck in the down position. Without turning on the power, put your finger on the button and press down on it while you move wiggle your finger around. Get a good look at the button and see if You Can See If The Button is returning to the UP Position.
Sorry it might be an internal connection also remove the memory card and see if that helps.
